June 30, 2007 The Acadian Flycatcher was observed at 6:05 - 6:15 pm, just East of the first bridge on the trail West of the parking lot at the Old Cedar Avenue Bridge. It was singing during the entire time, I observed the bird. But it was only doing a call note, not the the full "pizza" song.
Thanks for the original posting and all the updates. This is a new species for the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge's bird list! Thanks, Craig EgretCMan at msn.com Minnetonka, MN
