Hi, The Lark Bunting was still easy to find Sunday afternoon, both perched and in flight. It spent all of its time beyond (east of) the yellow DIP sign but is so boldly marked that you're likely to spot the bird before getting to the sign. I'm not particularly good at judging distances, but I'd estimate that it was sometimes as close as 200 feet from the roadway and as far away, at other moments, as 800 feet.
