Well said, Steve.  Your post gives clear, postive reasons to support the 
MOU.  However, the level of discussion on this subject has been dragged 
down by a couple of individuals.  I am here to read about birds, not 
personal attacks by children.

When I receive email that is obviously from an undesirable source or spam,
  I just delete it.  Why waste time with junk.  From now on I will do that 
with all posts from Mike Hendrickson, Larry Sirvio, and Richard Wood.  
Problem solved.
