Well said, Steve. Your post gives clear, postive reasons to support the MOU. However, the level of discussion on this subject has been dragged down by a couple of individuals. I am here to read about birds, not personal attacks by children.
When I receive email that is obviously from an undesirable source or spam, I just delete it. Why waste time with junk.
