We hit a mixed wave of warblers at Lake Vadnais this morning: Tennessee (many) Nashville (many) Chestnut Sided Magnolia Connecticut
We also had a Philadelphia Vireo, a hummer, and the other usual suspects. The best place was along the west side of the road between the water plant and the point where all the fishermen park. There are a lot of dogwood and grape vines close to the road, makes visibility a bit tough, but well worth the hunt! Yesterday at the far end past the lake in the tall pines we saw about 5 or 6 red-breasted nuthatches. Did not see those today.
