The White-winged Dove near Fergus Falls in Otter Tail County continues to be seen as of 10/20. I arrived there this morning to the most horrible words in the English dictionary: "you missed it by 5 minutes." It didn't take long for the White-winged Dove to reappear though, allowing long looks as it sat in a tree above the feeder.
