Today, 20 October, from about 2:30 to 5:30 (when I left), there was a Lesser Black-backed Gull at Pearl Lake in Maine Prairie Twp., Stearns Co. The bird appeared adultlike, except for outer primaries that had neither white mirrors nor white apices - a combination that suggests a bird molting into 4th basic plumage.
