Saw a single male green-winged teal in Roseville Central Park, Ramsey County this afternoon. It was in the area on the east side of Victoria (south of County Road C) in the waterway along the path heading east along the ball fields. For those familiar with the park, it was just west of the wooden bridge that cuts across the swamp. I have never seen a teal in this park before today. I did get a couple photos of it.
