The Black-bellied Whistling Duck was in the same location as previously reported at Anderson Lakes Park. It first circled low, calling over the pond, then moved onto a dead log, and was last seen feeding on grass on the far side of the pond between 9 and 9:30 this morning. Thanks to those that pointed me in the right direction and of course to those that first discovered it.
