I was birding at the entrance of the Superior, WI landfill Saturday and saw an adult Iceland Gull fly over the landfill. I also saw a first cycle Thayer's Gull at the landfill. There were at least 300 gulls hanging around the landfill with the majority of them being Herring Gulls with a few Ring-billed Gulls.
