[mou] Short-eared Owl in Aitkin County

Late this afternoon, I took a short drive north of town.  Along with 2 
ROUGH-LEGGED HAWKS, I found a SHORT-EARED OWL. From the junction of 
county road 1 and county road 22 just north of Aitkin, follow county 
road 1 for about a half mile.  The owl was patrolling the ditches on 
both sides of the road for the next mile.   Warren Nelson
