This early afternoon a 3rd winter Iceland Gull was observed just below Dam #2 at Hastings. The observation deck at the dam provided the best viewing. Also among the flock of gulls was at least one adult Thayer's Gull. Sustained scanning of the gulls was difficult because of the frequent disturbances by eagles.
