Bill Tefft saw a Snowy Owl in Aitkin County yesterday (December 28) along Highway 169/210 northeast of Aitkin. It was on hay bales on the east side of the road, about 1.5 miles south of County Roads 54/56 (390th St.). It looks like a heavily marked bird.
