Out with a birder from Deleware and two birders from Washington. Day 1:
-Hoary Redpoll: Nice male at the Derek Morse feeding station on the Blue Spruce Rd in Sax Zim Bog. Check the feeding station location on the Sax Zim Website: http://moumn.org/sax-zim/ -Great Gray Owl -Boreal Chickadees: 3-4 along the Admiral Rd. -Black-backed Woodpecker (male) Hedbom Logging Rd. * Timber Wolf walking ahead of us along the Admiral Rd. * Look for the Northern Hawk Owl off the Sax Rd one mile east of Co.
