I visited Colvill Park this weekend. No Barrow's Goldeneye on my visit but I am 
wondering about the net full of fish at the entrance to the open water area 
near the marina. Can anyone enlighten me? And do the eagles try to eat them? 
None did while I was watching but the dozen eagles present seemed to be having 
good fishing out in the open water. Thanks.
