Anne Hanley and George Skinner led a wildlife tour for the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge this morning.
At about 9:30 am Anne Hanley spotted one heavily barred owl on a ridge of snow just south of the taxi-way south of the east end of the first tunnel on Cargo Rd. We left after everyone got good looks at it through the scopes. We had 8 people with us and I think it was a lifer for all of them.
