Has anyone ever done any winter birding at Loch Ness Park in Blaine? I had a report from a non-birder who at dusk saw 3 owls roosting together in the cottonwoods at the edge of the lake. He thought they might be Snowy owls but that seems unlikely. I am just curious if any one has been out there and would have a different thought.
