The Barred Owl up here in cloudy, overcast, wet Maple Grove has been on hiatus with the less than chipmunk and snake alluring weather and temperatures. The owl is here on sunny days when the surrounding grounds are simply a delicatessen of earthly delights and not so much a cold tree trunk to snuggle against the wind and rain on.
