This evening I spotted a shrike perched in a tree just off of Bluff Rd. north of Our Savior's Lutheran. Unfortunately it flew before I could get binoculars on it, but it struck me as pale so I'm inclined to say Northern. I would be curious to know what the average arrival date for Loggerhead is in MN.
