There was a great blue heron wading in a creek by the side of the road near the turnoff to my house this evening at 6 PM. There is no other open water around except in Virginia's Silver Lake. Turnoff is approximately 13 miles north of Virginia (NE SLC) on Hwy 53 (at county road #65). Karen Sussman
