While holding out slim hopes that the Say's Phoebe was still at the Grand Marais harbor, I kicked up a Short-eared Owl from the ground near the shoreline rocks on the west side of the harbor. I had clear looks as it circled overhead and headed over the water toward Artists' Point on the other side of the harbor. I later searched Artists' Point to relocate it to no avail.....
