A bunch of waterbirds arrived on Lake Calhoun in south Minneapolis overnight:
lots of Horned Grebes again, also RB Mergansers, scaup, loons, and a few
Bonaparte's Gulls. Last evening there was a RN Grebe at the north end, and
one Palm Warbler among the scores of Yellow-rumps, all on the ground. That's
without binoculars, so there could be more species.
