For those wondering about the ospreys on the freeway lights, they are incubating. They are definitely up there, just snuggled down in the nestcup. The female is a 6 year old from Iowa and the male is a 7 year old that hatched on a nest at the Arsenal in Arden Hills. This is the fourth year the nest has been active and they have fledged chicks successfully in 2006 and 2007. The first year the nest failed.
