Hello -
I was at a friends house today and realized droves of warblers at their
feeder suet feeder as well. I had never seen anything like it! They were on
log feeders with suet plugs. I also noticed the large number of insects
hovering around and eating the suet. I wonder if they are first are attracted
by the bugs and then the eventually start to figure out that the suet is an
easy meal.
I watched Nashville, Tennessee and Yellow-rumped feeding on the suet while I
was there.

Very fun to watch! Jake Langeslag

Hi allWow, great birding this spring, huh?!I have been putting out meal worms
for the insect-eaters for the past couple of weeks now, but lately have noticed
the Yellow Rumped (Myrtle) warblers seem more interested in the suet. I have
three separate suet feeders and they flock to them in droves. It's the first
time I've seen warblers on the suet. Anyone else seeing this too?
