There doesn't seem to be a lot to go on and we were thinking this was possibly an orange-crowned warbler. The plain tail rules out many other warblers and the bill looks warbler like. Would sure like some other opinions! There are actually 2 photos of the bird and if you advance the photo stream, you will see the second. However, the first one is the best.
