Hal Harrison: "Peterson Guide: Eastern Birds's Nests" and his older "Peterson Guide: Field Guide to Bird's Nests". Both show birds nests with eggs. Mark Elbroch "Bird Tracks & Sign" which has sections on bird tracks and on feathers, as well as other examples of bird activity.
