This evening after work I took a short drive north of town and found a couple of interesting birds. There is a MARBLED GODWIT along County Road 1. From the junction of CR1 and CR22, continue on CR1 for 1.2 miles. The bird was standing along with a Killdeer in a small pond on the east side of the road. And there was a WILSON'S PHALAROPE in a small pond another 4.5 miles north of the godwit site along CR1. Warren Nelson
