Birding Saturday (sorry for the late post) I found the reported family of Western Kingbirds on the wires along the railroad tracks between Ramsey Blvd & Armstrong Blvd much closer to Armstrong. Best viewing was along Civic Ctr Drive near the Ramsey parking garage next to the City Hall, accessed from Armstrong Blvd (off of US Hwy 10).
