At the shorebird workshop held here in Milbank SD this weekend we found these shorebird species.
American Golden-Plover Semipalmated Plover Killdeer American Avocet Greater Yellowlegs Lesser Yellowlegs Solitary Sandpiper Willet Spotted Sandpiper Upland Sandpiper Semipalmated Sandpiper Least Sandpiper Baird's Sandpiper Stilt Sandpiper Buff-breasted Sandpiper Short-billed Dowitcher Wilson's Snipe Wilson's Phalarope Red-necked Phalarope We also got a Burrowing Owl -- but sorry that one was 3 miles into South Dakota!
