Agassiz NWR has been closed to the public due to the discovery of Newcastle Disease in a dead Pelican. Until further notice, public use has been prohibited, as this disease is a serious disease that can be transmitted to poultry. It poses little or no risk to humans. If you were planning a trip there, please don't come now.
