Today, Sept 24, there was a group of 7 Ross's Geese, 2 adults and 5 juveniles, at Lakeview Golf Course in Two Harbors, Lake Co. They were in a pond near the 10th tee, which is visible from the golf course's main parking lot off Hwy 61, just E of Co Rd 2. Also present with them were 2 Cackling Geese among the flock of a few dozen Canadas.
Also present today in Two Harbors was a Bobolink: it was in the open
brushy area E of the parking lot by the Edna G tugboat and ore docks.
