I got a flock of about 20 white-winged crossbills in the conifers just north of the entrance to Buffalo River State Park in Clay County this morning at about 10:30. Also in the area were Lapland longspur (3 flocks), snow bunting (12), rusty blackbird (8), golden-crowned kinglet (2), and red-breasted nuthatch (1).
