Greetings Birders: Today we received mail that had a picture of a bird on it.?
Its wings are open. Short, yellow bill with black tip. Has a broad black band
on tail with a white band on the end of the tail?? Rather dark gray splashing
on back and wings. Right wing front? and back edge?has black and left wing?has
black stripe?toward the end with a bit of black on?front edge? It has? a black
eye with a white eye ring.

Would pprecciate your comment as there is no name on the stamp for the bird.
