White-winged Scoter - 1:00 - 1:20pm - Big Lake - Two White-winged Scoters were observed in the SW corner of Big Lake. The birds were observed about 100 feet off shore from Lake Side Park. White-winged Crossbills - 2:15 - 2:20pm - Sand Dunes State Forest - Twelve White-winged Crossbills were observed along 180th St NW, 1/4 mile South of 253rd Ave NW.
