Hi everyone, Despite the really crappy weather today, we had our Faribault/Northfield CBC. We cancelled our evening tally because the roads got so bad so I don't have final numbers as yet, but I did want to report that we got the first CBC record of Tufted Titmouse in 40 years. The last time a titmouse was seen on our count was 1968! The bird has been visiting feeders at a private residence for a few weeks now, and the homeowner seems willing to welcome visitors. If anyone is interested in seeing the bird, please e-mail me privately for directions. Good birding!
