During discussions of the issue today on the radio, an
MSP airport official mentioned that as part of MSP's
bird-plane conflict response, 3 snowy owls have been
relocated to NW Minnesota in the past 6 weeks. I
mention it because I have seen postings questioning
whether or not birders have seen the same or different
snowy owls near the airport.
