Well, White-winged Crossbills have now been seen in all the extreme southeast 
MN counties this year.  I had heard about a flock near Pilot Mound in Fillmore 
County, but before I could even get there, I found some just south of the 
Winona/Fillmore County line along Hwy 43, at it's intersection with CR 27.
 
Finding them in Houston County was a little harder, but eventually, I found a 
flock of about 20 in the town of Caledonia, at 1st and Lincoln Streets.
 
I thought about trying to add them to my Iowa list, but that would involve 
going to Iowa.
