To those interested, the White-winged Crossbills were relocated today (although
apparently not this morning) by birders and photographers at the TwinWest
Chamber of Commerce off of Old County Road 15 in Plymouth (Hennepin Co.)
Unfortunately, one of the crossbills is sick, which I suppose provided
excellent photography oppertunities.

I also heard of another couple who were unable to find them there, but instead
found them a bit southeastward of this location: "A small flock were in the
spruce trees along Shelard Parkway (West from 169). We parked in the parking
lot of the Willow Creek 12 Theaters."

As shown by this observation, and as I mentioned earlier, the flock obviously
wanders to other spruces planted along Highway 55.

I never knew dropping off scholarship forms at TwinWest could be so exciting.
Good birding-

P.S. Let my know if you find any White-winged Crossbills in Golden Valley so I
can add them to my city list! So close, yet so far away...
