There are (3-4 PM) at least a dozen eagles soaring over the Mississippi just downstream from Lock and Dam 2 in Hastings. When not soaring, they are sitting on the south side of the river in a grove of trees between the river and the road. Fishing appears to be good. Jim Gay Woodbury
