Yes, those 50 swans at Purgatory Creek Recreation area would be TUNDRAS, not Trumpeters - thanks for the correction D.
Stopped by the east side of the lake this morning and saw the swans are gone -- as were the half-dozen Common Loons there last night. What I saw this morn: Great Egrets -- at least 3 Great Blue Herons - several Common Goldeneye Ring-necked Duck Hooded Mergansers Coot Mallard Pied-billed Grebes Killdeer - pair in the parking lot (where else) Herring Gulls Ring-billed Gulls Lots of singing Song Sparrows - along the water edges Don Darnell Eden Prairie Hennepin ---- Join or Leave mou-net:http://lists.umn.edu/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=mou-net Archives:http://lists.umn.edu/archives/mou-net.html
