I heard a Brown Thrasher singing away at Tamarack Nature Preserve in Ramsey
County.  There were also good numbers of White-throated Sparrows and
Yellow-rumped Warblers.  The WT Sparrows at one point were feeding next to
American Tree Sparrows and Dark-Eyed Juncos.

A Sora called from the reeds at the east end of the Harriet Alexander Nature
Center, just off Dale St, north of Hwy 36.

I also heard American Woodcocks calling in Washington County from a field south
of 94 and a bit west of 494.  Take the Tamarack Rd. exit from 494 and follow it
west.  At the T intersection turn right or north.  The field is on the east
side of the road, right before an apartment complex on the west side.
