There was a black-hooded gull amongst a group of Caspian Terns on the south 
side of Lake Calhoun in south Minneapolis around 8:30 that didn't look quite 
right for a Franklin's.  The bill appeared blackish and quite long and 
decurved.  It looked like there was some white on the wingtips, unlike 
Laughing, but not very much.  

Sorry for the poor description, I was getting late for work (Roberts sanctuary 
was more birdy than it had been this week, so delayed me).
