A half dozen birders looked for this bird later this PM. Without success but note that it was extremely quiet in the area with few birds singing or moving about for that matter.

Some birders are apparently going to try in the AM when more birds should be singing.

Subject: [mou-net] Lazuli Bunting-Sibley county

Joel Claus just called to report a Lazuli Bunting, paired up with a Indigo Bunting, in Vale Wildlife Management Area in Sibley County. From the parking lot walk north on the road for probably 3/4 of a mile to a low area with a stream. The bird was in this area. You will go through woods and down a couple of hills before you reach the stream. Vale WMA is north of Henderson a short distance. I don't remember which road the parking lot is on.
