A pigeon wearing a red or deep-pink band on its left foot, has showed up in our yard in the company of other pigeons. Perhaps it's an escaped or freed racing or homing bird, or maybe it's a re-habbed bird. (It's light gray with the typical darker gray head, neck, tail and wing bands.) If there's some study to which it belongs and should be reported, however, please let me know Linda Whyte
