Today, from 12:30 to 5:15 PM, I did *not* see any Scissor-tailed Flycatchers in Dodge Co. My time was spent driving successively larger loops, till I had covered every road within three or four miles of the intersection of CR 1 and 555th St. - with, of course, every loop bringing me back to that intersection. Alas, there were only phoebes and Eastern Kingbirds, flycatcher-wise.
