Opps! My previous post listed a really new species that we won't find in our field guides -- a short-billed SANDPIPER. Unfortunately we can't add that one to our life lists. DOWITCHER might be a bit more accurate.
Another topic: The Sparrow Workshop scheduled for October 9 - 11 is completely full as is the waiting list so if you are interested please keep it in mind for 2011.
