Working in Richfield today, my office looks out on the corporate lawn and some 15 ft tall Norway Spruce, I was pleased to be visited by a male Mourning Warbler for moist of the rainy morning. His black face and bib were not complete, but he made quite a view of himself for me at eye level from 12 feet away. He foraged mostly inside the small conifers, coming out to look around or to fly catch. New work yard bird for me...
