A Northern Mockingbird just flew out of the grapes in my backyard. It went across the street and I could hear it call briefly before I went back inside.

Directions: US 14 East to Marion Rd SE (County Rd 36), go south on Marion Rd to Park Ln SE (1st stoplight), turn left and follow Park Ln to 24th Ave. Take a 135 degree left turn on 24th (going N) follow to 15th St SE. Turn right, going E and follow up the hill to Sunset, turn left. I'm the 2nd house. There is a park across the street and it looked and sounded like it was headed that way or to the neighborhood on the south side of the park. Nice yard bird... Sapsuckers, Flickers, Catbird, Hummingbird all still around...
