Today around noon I observed a Ruby-crowned Kinglet which was very light colored, almost seeming yellowish, had orangish/yellowish legs and lighter-colored bill. Able to observe it for about 2 minutes to double-check the fieldmarks of shape, size, wing bars, eye-ring and behavior, as it foraged in accompaniment of several other Ruby-crowned and a couple of Golden-crowned Kinglets.
