Herb Dingman and Ron Erpalding just called to report a Cattle Egret just north of the Washington County line in Chisago County. THe bird is associating with horses in a field you get to by taking County 3 north out of Scandia to 240th St. Take a right on 240th (the county line) and they saw the bird on the left (North) .1 mile east of County 3.
