Walking around Lake Calhoun with baby in tow this morning and looked over the gulls sitting on the floating boardwalk on the north side of the lake. One adult Thayer's Gull sitting amongst all the Ring-billed Gulls. This gull was noticeably larger than all the others and exhibited a strongly mottled or streaked head. Great day for a walk!
